By using this site or placing a Founding Batch preorder, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

A Founding Batch preorder is a reservation for the first numbered production run of the KAKI Ritual Starter Kit. The ship window shown on the product page and at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.

If the estimated window changes, or if a refinement materially changes the formulation, you will be notified by email, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.

Card-free reservations collect no payment. They hold your place in the batch, and you will be invited to confirm before payment is ever requested.

The Founding Batch price is a preorder price, offered below the planned retail price. Both are shown on the product page. Prices for future batches and future products may differ.

Our products are cosmetics, intended for external cosmetic use. We make no medical claims, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If a scent change concerns you, speak with a healthcare professional.

The Shibui Rituals name, wordmark, copy, and design are the property of Shibui Rituals. Please do not reproduce them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shibui Rituals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

The governing law and venue for these terms will be stated here before public launch.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so plainly: on this page and, for material changes affecting preorders, by email. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
