# Preorder: The Founding Batch

The KAKI Ritual Starter Kit is sold as a Founding Batch preorder, the first numbered production run. Reserving holds your place in that run. Reservations are fully refundable at any time before shipment. If the estimated ship window or the formulation materially changes, customers are notified and may cancel for a full refund.

## Payment
Shibui Rituals is pre-launch. The KAKI Ritual Starter Kit is open for Founding Batch reservation (the first numbered production run). Live card payments are not yet enabled: depending on configuration, reservations are either card-free (no payment collected) or processed through Stripe test checkout. No live charges occur until Stripe is approved and enabled.
